Pathways to Competitive Integrated Employment

Autism Life and Living (ALL) has teamed up with businesses that are ready to support individuals with autism in obtaining competitive integrated employment.

ALL is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in learning job readiness skills to join the workforce.

Participants will learn:

Hard Skills: Job-specific abilities and knowledge such as creating an effective resume, and skills needed to perform job duties.
Soft Skills: Personal traits that help individuals interact with others such as time management and problem solving skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

Highly Motivated
Reliable Transportation
Individuals with Autism and Related Needs
Medical Documentation of Disability
Private Pay or Authorization for Vocational Rehabilitation Services
(If not already eligible for VR, ALL will help facilitate and expedite this process)
