About the Program
Autism Life and Living (ALL) has teamed up with the Arizona Restaurant Association to support individuals with autism in obtaining competitive integrated employment.
ALL is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in working in the restaurant industry to join our workforce development program.
Participants will learn:
- Hard Skills: Job-specific abilities and knowledge such as creating an effective resume, and skills needed to perform job duties.
- Soft Skills: Personal traits that help individuals interact with others such as time management and problem solving skills.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Interest in Working in the Restaurant Industry
- Highly Motivated
- Reliable Transportation
- Individuals with Autism and Related Needs
- Medical Documentation of Disability
- Authorization for Vocational Rehab Services
