About Us
Helping Youth & Young Adults with Autism Thrive
Autism Life and Living (ALL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Arizona, founded by a dedicated mother of two young men with autism. Driven by the urgent need for long-term housing and meaningful support options for her sons and others like them, she created ALL as a beacon of hope for youth and young adults with autism and other intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). ALL provides programs designed to empower neurodiverse individuals through life skills education, workforce development, social engagement, relationship-building classes, and resource navigation. With a long-term vision of creating a safe, inclusive independent living community, ALL is committed to ensuring that the most vulnerable among us have the opportunity to live self-directed lives filled with safety, dignity, and purpose.
ALL primarily serves individuals 12 years old and over.

Real life skills. Real confidence. Real community.
ALL's Life Skills program helps neurodiverse teens and adults practice everyday independence in our Autism Center for Well Being. Members learn cooking, routines, social interaction, and daily living skills in a supportive environment designed just for them. Taught by speech pathologists in small class sizes with individualized teaching styles for all learners.

Certified Autism Center
Autism Life and Living has worked with The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to be designated as a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC). Our staff has completed training and certification in best practices when assisting autistic and sensory-sensitive individuals. By undergoing additional autism-specific training, the goal is for our team to be better equipped to provide better service and experiences to all. How It Started
The Concept
One of the most compelling and foundational stories we share about Autism Life and Living (ALL) is the story of our inception. ALL was founded by a determined single mother of two young men with autism. Her journey of navigating the challenges and triumphs of raising her sons highlighted a significant support service and housing gap for young adults with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD). This gap left many families struggling to find suitable and supportive environments where their children could thrive independently. Her experience and vision led to the creation of ALL, driven by the belief that these vulnerable individuals are not only capable of learning and achieving independence but also of becoming self-determined, productive members of society. This story is a testament to the power of a mother’s love and advocacy, demonstrating how personal struggles can inspire significant community change and support.
