Life Skills Program
This program aims to foster independence, self-determination, and safety through a series of targeted learning modules. Lesson plans cover essential areas such as kitchen skills, home/self-care, and executive functioning skills. The course is geared towards teens and young adults, ages 16+ who are motivated to increase independence.

Participants will learn:
- Use of kitchen appliances & tools
- Basic cooking
- Home maintenance
- Home & community safety
- Clothing care
- Health & wellness classes
- Financial literacy
- Cleaning & vacuuming
Minimum Qualifications for Program Participation:
- Must be able to understand personal health and safety risks and express them if necessary
- Independently advocate for wants and needs
- Must be able to listen to, understand, and respond to directions given.
- Must be able to follow directions without resistance and maintain safety standards
